Tell me

Tell me about the turning points in your life. Tell me what they turned you to. Tell me who they turned you into.

Tell me about the greatest moments in your life, the ones you are most proud of, the ones that you remember fondly, the ones that still make you smile to this day.

Tell me about your deepest hurts and fears. Tell me how they came about. Describe to me your hurt. Compare it to something else so that I can understand. Tell me about your fears so that I can see in my mind's eye what you see when you are afraid.

Tell me your desires. What do you long for? What do you desire? What are you missing? What makes you feel unfulfilled? What do you think you need in order to feel complete?

Tell me about yourself and show me God. Show me how God has worked in your soul and in your life. Show me what God has done in you and through you, with you and for you. Show me the difference in your life from before you knew God until now, when God is in your life.

Tell me your secret to your success. Tell me the confessions of your failures. Tell me the way of the Lord and if you have walked His Way at all. Tell me something new, something I can learn from you. Tell me something interesting, or funny, or entertaining, so that I can laugh and feel understood.

Tell me what you think you need, or want, or have, and ask me, what I need, want or have. Try to reach me, the depths of me, the inner darkness, the inner light. Try to find the source of my joys and sorrows. Try to find out my secrets, my stories, my loves and hates.

Tell me where your buttons are, and help me not to push them. Tell me what you want me to know, deep down in your heart and soul. Tell me something that nobody else knows. Allow me access to your soul.

Tell me where you are at in life, and what you seek to find. Tell me how to rock your world, how to float your boat, how to make your heart beat faster. Tell me what you want to know, what you need to know, what you look for to fulfill your soul.
